These buttery cookies can be half dipped in white, colored or dark chocolate to match your event.

A layer of jam is sandwiched between two buttery sugar cookies and sprinkled with confectioners' sugar.  These cookies are very versatile as they can be cut into a variety of shapes to compliment your occasion.  They can be filled with different jam flavors, such as raspberry, blackberry and fig.
